The launch of MDA&A follows the departure of Robert E. Schott, MAI, co-founder of DeWan & Schott Appraisal Associates LLC. After more than four years as partner in D&SAA LLC, Rob has taken a position with the U. S. Forest Service, serving as Senior Review Appraiser for the Western States, based outside of San Francisco.

For many years both Rob and Michael had worked with Leland T. Bookhout, MAI, SRA, President of L.T. Bookhout, Inc., who will associate himself with MDA&A as consultant.
